Dee Anne Sjogren focuses her practice on representing registered investment companies in public offerings, and providing advice with respect to regulatory, compliance, and enforcement issues. She also represents financial planners, investment advisers and broker-dealers regarding SEC, FINRA and state registration, regulatory, compliance and enforcement matters. Ms. Sjogren is a graduate of Tulane Law School and holds a B.A. from Vanderbilt University.
